My rat is acting weird?

Last year my rat had a weird episode:

I had her sitting in my lap and I was petting her, as I always did. She snapped and went nuts. She jumped out of my lap and hit head first into our TV. She ran off behind the entertainment center. It took us 3 hours to catch her because she was acting so funny. After we finaly got her, she wasn't herself. She's lost most of her eyesight from that night.

Now things are worse. Tonight, while we were eating dinner, I watched her suffer what looked like a stroke. She's going paralyzed and is having trouble breathing.

I don't know what to do. We don't have the money to take a little rat the the vets to put her down a humane way, but I don't want her to suffer.

What should I do?
 
hmm this is serious anything your rat has in its cage remove you should look up sites for this,its a serious problem quicker answers you get from google try to look it up though :)
 
oh my, well if she has stopped leave her, but if she hasnt go to a petstore and mabye they will have some of that humane put-down stuff because sometimes their hamsters, etc. will be sick and they are in the same sitch so go there and ask if they will do it free or at a low price, sorry, P.I.P little rat! (play in peace)
