My radiator fans dont come on? Honda Prelude '95?

I have a honda prelude 1995, i recently had a leak in the vacuum line that i patched up. Afterwards, i no longer have overheating issues, however, my radiator fans dont seem to be working. Any solutions? or suggestions?
 
radiator fans only starts whn the temp reaches a certain level.
so may b d place u r living in is a colder place,the engine doesn't heats up so the fan doesn't starts.
