My Racecar 1995 2.2 chevy cavalier doesn't get any spark to the spark plugs?

I have changed Coil packs,Ignition module,Starter,spark plugs,alternator,battery,fuel fuel pump,O2 sensor,Crankshaft postition sensor. we tested to see if the packs were getting a spark and only one of them was.
