well my situation is that i jammed my right index finger trigger finger and i was denied from MEPs so i trying to get a waiver passed now but got denied again now i went to US congress and they tried to get my waiver look at again but it was denied now i have decided to get surgery on my finger so it can bend back like a normal index finger but i was wondering on how can i still get in without having to get surgery because i can still pull the trigger fine with no pain and still do everything that i before i broke it please help
