My daughter works in a daycare. Yesterday she was let go because a parent thought she saw her hit her child when what was happening was the child was biting another child and my daughter was trying to separate the two children. I do not have the full story as I haven't had a chance to speak fully with my daughter yet due to other things going on but I am wondering, does my daughter have any recourse here? I do not want her name run through the mud when there is no way she would ever hit a child. We are in Ohio. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
