My quail has a bold patch.. will his feathers grow back??? Also my quails lay eggs

but don't brood them! HELP!? hello i have two king quails (male and female). well they live in a small cage and sometimes gets frightened and jump/fly well about a few weeks ago the male flew and hit his head on the cage roof and his head bleed but now his ok but i want to ask if his bold patch will go away as in will feathers grow back on his head or will be be bold forever???
also they keep laying eggs but don't brood them.... it is because they're crowded???
i would love to see baby quails!! please help~
