my puppy whines all the time?

when i get home he whines for about 10 min.
when i go out side he whines
he is about 3 months old i found him on the side off the road when he was about 1 week old

might miss his mom
or might be bored depending on breed

I wouldn't worry about it too much. When I first got my puppies, they whined all the time because they missed the mother & hated to be left alone. It's normal for puppies that young and the whining will stop as the dog ages and matures

it could be:misses his mom,wants to play,hungry,wants another dog of same breed for someone to play with,misses anyone else close in his family(dad,sister....)

he wants to be with you you need to spend more time with your puppy he will stop whineing
