my puppy just had its shots and he is whining and breathing heavily is this normal?

my 2 month old puppy just had his shots and he is breathing kinda heavily and he cries or whines like he is hurting or something, where are the shots given? Thanks!
 
No not normal. That pooch could be dead by morning. Take it to a vet asap.
