I went to work, put my puppy in his crate, I came home & saw that he had made a mess in his crate, it was either poop or throw up. I picked him up, he won't eat & he just wants to lay down & sleep. He threw up some more but it was clear, kinda like when a person throws up & its just acid. Can I have some vet advice please? Could this be serious? I'm thinking I'm gonna take him to the vet tomorrow. HELPPP PLEASEEE!!!
