My PSP won't enable flash.?

Okay, I know that you enable it by going onto settings>system settings>enable flashplayer, but ENABLE FLASHPLAYER isn't there.
Yes, my PSP is fully updated, which is why I don't know why I have no flash. Any idea why?

I'm not really up for homebrews and crud. I just want to know why my PSP's flash isn't there. Any ideas are welcome :)
My PSP is a slim by btw, and NOW the screen is all black. What do I do?
Oh never mind about the black screen. I took out the battery and it's alright now.
 
Flash doesn't work on an iPod Touch either. Maybe you should take it to the store you bought it at and make sure it is updated completely. If Flash still doesn't work, then ask them at the store and see if it's possible for them to download it for you or at least show/tel you how to do it. Good Luck and I hope I helped!!
