My PS3 controller right analog is broken!! PLS HELP!!?

When I'm playing TES IV:Oblivion and I hold down the right
analog to the right, the screen turns but it stops then turns again.. It doesn't happen when I hold it down to the left.. I think its because I dropped it several times :(
Any advice??
