Can somebody help me please? i asked last week how to get my printer to be online again at work. Somebody helped me but it has gone back off line again. it has happened a few times now, and this time i cant get it back on. I dont have an option that says go back on line for some reason. my printer is definately plugged in and turned on. Please can somebody help?
