My pregnant wife doesnt seem to want to follow doctors orders... ?

I love my wife and don't want to get into petty arguments, but she is being super stubborn. The doctor said do not let her clean the cats litter box (its her moms cat's litter box)...but she did it anyway today. She has been using a nose spray for congestion and she isn't supposed to use it too much, but she continues to use it, the doctor said no sex while she takes extra hormones, but she wants it anyway (not a bad thing) I just want her to follow doctors orders!!!
