It's because your low on power window motor fluid.
Top it off and you should be just fine.

most likely it is one of two things.check to see if the passenger window works with the passenger switch.if not it is probably your driver's side control.(power window control)

Also could be the splitter under the dash I also though that was the left arm Control I was wrong

check the fuse, if the fuse is okay, it could be the wiring or window motor(un likely if all 4 windows stopped working)
