My poem called " the Poet" what do you think?

the poet paints a picture with words, the unpolished gem.
The works inspired by a higher calling....
the poet's work should never be polished for if the picture he paints reaches the one person the artist above intended then his job is complete.
a true poets hand is neither polished or conformed to logic...
the poet....
