my PlayStation 2 make a sound its alerting but every time you turn power on it might

malfunction why? i turn it on boom it goes like this beep, beep. does this ever happen to you?
and it might do it to a game no matter what it is i fine this out cause i took out a game and restarted leaving it out and dont bring me a website i dont have money for it.
