Mine is like this. For the life of me i don't know what is wrong either. The funny thing was i thought she was going to die but for some reason recently this month she is acting totally normal. Very thin, looks very weak but she is very energetic and playful and i haven't got the foggiest why? its odd. i added aquarium salt because this helps with bacterial infections. physically she hasn't improved yet she is up and about like nothing happened. So don't give up hope. aquarium salt, clean water and fingers crossed.
