My photos are losing quality... Help!!!?

I just opened up my photography business this year, and things have been going pretty well, I've started out photographing a lot of friends and family, and overall everyone is satisfied with the work. The one problem I am running into is preserving the quality of my photos..

I take photos in Large/Medium .JPEG mode on my Canon 50d, then I transfer them to my Mac via a card reader.. Then once they are all on the computer, I open them up in Adobe Bridge and edit them using Camera Raw. After I am satisfied with the editing, I save them in a folder as the highest quality .JPEG it will allow.

Then I burn the images to a disc, and give them to my client and/or I will order any prints necessary...

The problem is that from when the photos are on my camera to the point where they are in print form, they have lost ALOT of quality.. Some of my clients are unhappy with their prints, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?

Are there any professional photographers out there who can help me? Thanks!
