...restore it, would it lock up? I bought it off of craigslist so the previous owner jailbroke it. I don't know how he did it or what program he used but this phone really lags. If I was to downgrade the iOS from 4.0.1. to a 3.0 would it lock up my phone to the AT&T carrier?
