My phone screen just cracked! If i call and tell them it cracked, will they replace it for free? I pay that 7$ month insurance, or should i say i just lost it? Even before this my phone would turn off out of nowhere i just havent called, I know that if i would have called before they would have replaced that for free, now im thinking theyre gonna say its due to crack! Whats the best to do for a free replacement? Carrier is Tmobile btw.
