my phone can't get vids off bluetooth?

ok, I have my phone connected with my computer to send and receive data via bluetooth, it receives pictures just fine, but when I try to send videos off of real player, it comes up as an incomplete file. am I doing something wrong? is there an alternative? My phone is a Boost Mobil Incognito
