My phone cannot read and write Chinese word. Pls help..

I have a china clone N98 phone. But don know why I cannot read and write Chinese word. In the setting there oso cannot change the language to Chinese. They have many language in the phone, but just don have Chinese language. Can ask anyone here, is tat anyway can make it can read Chinese font? Need install anything? or need to send to manufacturer? Thanks.
 
what do you mean you cannot read and write? is your phone system all in English? if it is, you might as well change the OS of your phone
