heres the deal.
ive had my lg rumor for 2 and a half years. so yah its pretty beat up and all. it stopped charging and we sent it into the company. they claimed to have opened it up and the charging part fell right out. they said that only happens if you abuse and mistreat your phone. so they wouldnt send us a new one even though i have insurance that we pay 10$ a month for. so i paid the 50$ and sent my phone back in to see if they could fix it. they couldnt fix it i guess, and wont give me my money back. i need a phone for my everyday work life, and franctly i can afford to buy what i need. any phones that fit up to my standards are 500 dollars even with the 100$ i have off. how do i deal with this?
