I have a Voyager, and have had 3 others. And i'm on my 4th. Every single time i've brought my Voyager back, it was cause the top hinge broke off. Now, the last time i brought it back, they said that that was no longer a "factory defect". So my dad yelled, and they gave me another Voyager for free, and told me the next time it will be $50. Is that fair at all? It's not my fault they made a crappy product. I just need to know, if i go in there with a broken Voyager, what do you think they would do?
