it to connect? I have downloaded the drivers from the site and installed them. also I tried using the device manager, yet it doesnt read it either. I have tried all the usb ports on my computer, doesnt work. I have also tried to install the drivers manually by going to the control panel, yet to no avail. When plug the player into my computer, it just says "failed to install drivers" When I troubleshoot it, it also fails. Also everytime i plug it in to my computer and nothing happens, i have no choice but to reset it manually as it stays on the do not disconnect screen after connection. I am afraid I will hurt it from resetting it so many times. Wonderful philips support is down too.... Any help is greatful
