omg this has to be the most embarrassing day of my life!! so i was in gym class today( i have a heavy period today) when i stood up i felt something warm trickling down my leg and it was blood...so embarrassed... so i sprinted to the bathroom to clean myself up then went to the nurse in the hopes no one saw.. 
this has never happened before!
what can i do so this never happens again? i am so traumatized!
also if it helps i was wearing a regular pad cuz im afraid of tampons
btw im 15 and this is not my first period
