My period ended and 3 days later i had sex and for no reason i started...

Sometimes it can. Like especially with old blood. that looks brownish. Maybe when you had sex it knocked it all loose. I have had that to happen to me a few times its weird.
 
i think sometimes all of the blood doesn't get expelled, and no douching won't help since it doesn't get inside the uterus. was the flow regular or light? if it's light, and a watery pink in color, it could be a cyst that has ruptured, which is actually fairly common. if it keeps happening or becomes really painful, you should see your doctor.
