My PC's power button is flashing but no boot!?

Help! I was playing Fallout 3, and in the middle of it, my PC turned off. I turned it on again, but shows no power(only flashing light on power button). I checked that the CPU fan, psu fan, HDD was starting but only for 1 sec and stopped spinning. Is it a psu failure? I getting a new psu going to fix the problem?
It is a Gateway with 300 watt PSU, and HIS Radeon HD 4670
