MY PC wont allow Flash to store data on my computer, what do I do so it does allow...

...Flash to store data? By Flash I mean like online games on armour games (for example thing thing 4) and it wont save my progress (as in levels, etc.), I am not talking about USB's. Ps I have a PC (windows XP) not a mac. P.s.s, I am not playing this games on the internet I have downloaded them onto my hard drive, also these files are swf files, for example one I have is "Thing Thing 4.swf"
 
You don't. If whoever programmed the flash file wanted it to save data to your computer, it would save it, otherwise it wont. it isn't under your control if you didn't make the flash program.
