My PC doesn't have bluetooth radio built-in (I checked it out from Device Manager).?

If I get a bluetooth dongle / adaptor on the PC, can I connect it to my mobile and transfer the data?? Will it work when there's no radio built for bluetooth??
If no then how can I get the radio built-in????
Can I get the radio built in any computer???
