My Dad had his vasectomy reversed 10 years after it had been done. Him and his new wife had to utilise IVF to be able to conceive, but apparently worth it for them.
I am afraid I don't know anyone that conceived naturally. Most ended up getting IVF, because the sperm are usually very weak after a vasectomy reversal. Don't bet on getting pregnant within the next two years.
