My parrot fish is upside down and turning white the whole body?

Help me please, my parrot fish looks rather weak and the body is turning white just like he is losing blood or something. How to save him? I try to change the water maybe because the ammonia is too strong and i saw him swim back up. But then after 1 hour he gets upside down again. What's the problem and how to save her please? :-(
