My parents wont let me get explicit rap cds!?

Even though i let them hear it there not that bad i just want......Kanye West: College DropoutLupe Fiasco: food and liquoris there a clean or edited versions of these albums and are they just as good as the explicit versions?
 
Lol those CDs don't even have that much cussing. Why don't you ask for a $20 Itunes card, then download both off of there.
 
Those are two of the cleanest albums out there.I'm sure there are edited versions though.
 
i'm not sure if there are any clean versions, but if there were i'm sure it would be just as good if not even better than the explicit ones. don't feel so bad cuz my parents are the same way.
 
Don't be too hard on them. They are only trying to do what they feel is right for you. You can always offer new solutions to the problem at hand. You can tell them about the clean versions at Target or Walmart. You can also go on lime wire and download clean versions on your computer or mp3.
 
most likely if you want edited version of those cd's im sure wal-mart only sells edited versions so try therebut yea i had both of those for the longest time.....that definetly is not a waste of money like some things i buy
 
Just tell your parents about what is explicit about it, that's what I did. Kanye West for example, the only explicit thing he does is say f u ck a few times in a couple of the songs, and everyone knows that word. Like, in the movies or at school you hear that so it's not going to harm you. Just talk to your parents like that, my parents used to be against me getting explicit albums but after me saying something like this they let me. I also mentioned that it's art, and that I see worse stuff on TV all the time.
 
sucks for you..no ofensemy parents let me buy and cd i wantask them for an i-tunes card and download ur own musicor just listen to it on you tube there are clean versions
