My parents want to switch from Verizon to T-mobile and asked me to look up...

...the details. I'm clueless? Okay, so basically we're paying over $200 on our verizon bill for 3 phones. If we went on the Tmobile Family plan, it would be the 1500 minutes + unlimited text one ($99). And we'd get 3 phones... maybe 4 if my brother decides to get on it.
I would get the unlimited web added to my phone for an extra $10. With Verizon though, they charged extra fees with their plan like that (like they would use our minutes for the web) and first question: does tmobile do that?

2nd question: Are they any hidden fees that I should know about?

3rd question: on the bottom of the page it says "* Additional lines are FREE until 2012: Expires 11/2/2010; subject to change. No monthly recurring charges until after 12/31/2011 for voice and messaging services on new lines added to qualifying 2-line family plans. Taxes, fees, and charges for other services additional, including Regulatory Programs Fee (not a tax or government-mandated charge) of $1.41 per line/month. Taxes approx. 6–28% of bill. Overage extra; partial minutes/data rounded up. After 12/31/2011, regular monthly service pricing will apply to all added lines. Max. three added lines based on credit approval."

Can someone please explain that to me?
Also, do they have any phones without a keyboard for my dad to use?
