this is not fact at all but i heard a rumor that you can get emancipated if your a teen parent? maybe its just the mother though. definately look into it if boot camp is not where you wanna be
because you are not of age, your parents can legally send you virtually anywhere they wish. you do not have the right to take an sort of legal action or anything. it does not matter that you are a father because regardless, you will still be a minor, and your parents will have complete control of you. sorry, man. your best chance at avoiding boot camp is to try and reason with them.
i think your parents have the right to send you to whatever school they want you to attend. they probably see you are a walking sperm bank and want you to be safely watched for the next 3 years. i think you don't have that many rights as a 15 year old. sorry, but those are just my thoughts. good luck
