hi im 14 and yesterday my parents split up and i cant ddeal with it ive been crying for the past few hours and am crying while writing this ...my dads the one tht left to stay with his mum, he came to visit us when my mum was out and wen he left which was about 5 minutes ago i couldnt hold in... i dont even know why they broke up i just need help dealoing with this hellp me
