I am 16 years old living in my parents house. I don't like much about living here but I have to anyway. I've worked for more than 6 months, made my own money, when it comes to money I always supply myself. On the other hand I have an older sister who is plain out spoiled. She does not pay her own college tuition, she works 2 days out of the whole week and ends up spending half of her paycheck on booze, and the other half on food. I feed the dogs twice a day, and take all the garbage out inside of the house (my daily chores). But there are some days where there is outdoor work like cutting the grass and manual labor. I don't have any problem doing this but it seems to me that everybody in my family besides me, has a problem with there manners or how to ask for something politely. The first thing my dad will say to me is "Go outside and cut the grass, rake the grass, and move all these heavy trees." He will ask in a angry tone and somewhat yelling at me when I have done nothing wrong! Just earlier today I was outside on my deck talking to my mom and she asked me to get her some pizza, and when i have a job i always do it fast, but my dad HAS to scream at me saying you better close the door, so i just walk away because it doesn't take long to get pizza. "You better do what your told or your stuffs gonna be taken away!" Honestly WTF, I was inside the house for 5 seconds getting a slice of pizza and back outside to close the door... My sisters are allowed to talk back with my parents, but when I attempt to stand up for myself when I know something is not right or unfair, they treat me way differently. Its like they treat there kids unequally. There's way more problems in our family but do you think I am a bad person or is my family just crazy. If its them how can I ignore them without getting into trouble. Stuff like this always happens to me.
