...how do i fix it? i wanted to switch phones cause i was bored with the phone and my mom wanted to put back up assistant and while it was downloading the screen turned black but i could still see the battery bar and that whole top bar part and then i turned my phone off and it was fine when i turned it back on after that and about 1month later i wanted to switch back to my pantech jest and when i went to go switch back and i had to get the phone's code and to do that you have to take the battery out so i did and when i put it back in and went to turn it on and it froze at the verizon wireless screen and when i click the buttons they light up PLEASE HELP ME I LOVED THAT PHONE PLEASE!!!!
