It worked perfectly before but now the sound is gone and the only way to hear anything is to use headphones. I tried to use it again just now but when I play a dvd it reads for a few seconds and then it says Code: H02. I don't know why it does that and I tried playing a bunch of other discs but the same thing pops up. The disc still spins but then it stops. I'd appreciate the help thanks.
