My Panasonic Lumix won't delete this motion picture?

When I go to that image, it says "THIS MOTION IMAGE CANNOT BE PLAYED". And when I try to delete it, it says "THIS PICTURE CANNOT BE DELETED". Its a new camera that I got this year. Please help. Thanks!!!
