my palms sweat when it is cold, what causes this?

cold sweats, rapid heartbeat, lethargic, nausea, tired, unfocused,muscle cramps in back, neck, shoulders, hips. I believe it may have something to do with my prostate, but I don't want to self diagnose anything without another's opinion Please, the sweating sick feeling happens mostly with tobacco use, but sometimes out of nowhere even without the use of tobacco products, so please help....Thanks James
