I've tried to connect it to several different computers and it won't connect. It'll just automatically go to charging. It used to work but now it won't. Also sometimes when i plug it straight into the wall it'll take 5-10 seconds to recognize it's charging and sometimes it won't at all. Do I have a defective phone? DO I have to reformat it or something?
My palm pre won't connect to any computer!?
