Bought a palm pre yesterday on an o2 contract. Was playing with it last night as you do so i knew what was where and how to get around on it. Charged it overnight and today woke up, and there was just a blank screen with a palm logo glowing on it. Has been like it for 3 hours. Tried resetting it, but just resorts back to the black screen with the logo glowing, and removed the battery for about 20 seconds and put it back in. Turned it on again, but still just the black screen with the logo. I have no idea what this means? I also tried ringing it from my old phone and rings perfectly, just goes to answer machine because the pre didn't ring or let me answer. I have no idea what to do, was bought yesterday afternoon and worked fine in the evening. So soooo frustrating. Please help...
