I just got a Palm Pixi today. It worked for about the first 7 hours I got it then while I was texting it all of a sudden shut off...i plugged it in the charger and it wouldnt even lite up. so i took out the battery for 10 minutes and put it back in then plugged it up to the charger. all I get is the light that says "palm" and i press the on button...but it wont turn on. it eventually just goes back off and everything starts over from there. what do i do? and that's the CORRECT way to turn it on?
