My Palm Centro Won't Turn On?

My palm centro will not turn on. About 4 months ago i dropped my palm centro into the snow. it stayed there for around 24 hours. The next day i found it and charged it for a whole day after cleaning it and checking the battery and what not. It turned on and worked perfectly fine. the sound started to go in and out but it was overall fine. a few weeks ago my phone just went black. the screen is dark and wont turn on. when i charge it the red light turns on, but thats all. the light stays red even after charging for two days or more and still the phone will not turn on. I have tried resetting it (hard and soft reset), checking for water corrosion, and everything else i could find. i cannot upgrade to a new phone yet and this one is out of the warranty since its about a year and a half old. i'm curently having to use an old Razr (which is also crap) until I can upgrade. I hope that i can fix my palm though and use it until I upgrade maybe. please help if u can. -Taylor
