My phone started trying to run the hot sync...which I can't do because I don't have the cord, but it kept trying and I had to keep cancelling. Now the lightning bolt stays on my battery icon in the corner and the red light on the top left stays on. I can text fine but when I call people I cannot hear unless it's on speakerphone and they cannot hear me. What can I do????
