My own design on fabric, how can I do this and where would I find a manufacture?

Wanting to sew some clothing with my original designs on them. Looking to enter the clothing business as a side job, everyone likes the way I sew and enjoys my product and how fast I can get items out, just a thought or do I want to find fabric I can just add my logo to as a pocket?
