my one nipple has a sharp pain and i feel nauseous?

Im a 18 year old girl and once last week i had a really sore pain in my one nipple it lasted for 30min and i felt nauseous while i experienced the pain it happened again today a week later , and my period will only happen in 2 weeks what can cause this? im on the pill and i don't have a nipple piercing
