My oil pressure guage recently started fluctuating up and down randomly from about i believe 60 to 10 psi (normal operating range was about 40psi in first gear and 60 or so at higher speeds). it especially drops when i turn right and left (more when i turn right) but then it goes right back up to 60. My oil needs to be changed soon, but there is plenty of oil in my truck. everything is running fine, it has not shut down on me. I know it goes up and down as i drive but it is now going up and down all the time randomly. any ideas on what it might be would be great (i have plenty of basic knowledge about vehicles, but i've never dealt with oil so please save the "when you speed up it goes up" comment because when i speed up sometimes my pressure drops and other times it goes up with no pattern)

rockers sound like they make noise when in idle, but i dont think these two problems are directly related especially since the rockers have been noisy for a while and the oil pressure is just now messing up
