I went to put the charger in it and it wouldn't go in, we realised the little bit in it had moved so we moved it back to the normal place and the charger goes in right but won't connect and charge up??? Any ideas why this is happening??? If i send my phone off to get fixed I will lose all the data on it because my mobile company ( 3 ) clears the memory.
